Gifted Program Goals
· To have students engage in topics as practicing professionals with real life problem solving.
· To encourage creative and critical thinking skills while students are involved in curriculum with advanced, conceptually challenging, in-depth, & complex content within cognitive, affective, aesthetic, social & leadership domains.
· To provide learning experiences with peers to facilitate academic growth and meet the socio-emotional needs of gifted students, making them college and career ready.
· To become self-directed autonomous learners.
